I'd imagine so, yeah. Might try Minecraft on the family computer and see if the FPS issue improves. Another thing I've noticed is that the F key no longer changes fog, which is a pain the the arse, to be frank. Before I used to hit the F key and toggle between fog distances to make the world re-render and reduce lag but now I need to go into the options menu to do so, which is annooooyyyyyyiiiiinnnggggg. Hopefully Notch will add that back in.

I've already tried spawning new world etc, but it still isn't doing much good. I think the main problem for me is that my laptop isn't particularly fast or made for games like minecraft. It's a shame, because 1.7.3 would run pretty well for me, even if I did have to play on "fast" with my render distance set to short.

I also get really poor frames when playing minecraft. I'll normally get around 5-15 fps and that's it.

People have already said, but 1.8 is officially out & available as a legitimate update, yet I'm still getting lag :'(

Hey buddy, I really love your skins! I can see that you've already made a few steampunk skins for people, so must be pretty bored of it, but I'd love if you could do me one. I'd very much like it to be a steampunk engineer/ pilot that's based around this image:

There's no need to worry about including the glasses on the model's face, but I would like the goggles on his forehead in the hat layer. There's also no need to worry about the mask around the character's neck.

There's no rush about when this is done, as I understand you may be very busy with all of the requests you've received. Quality not quantity! Haha, thanks in advance.
