What Position: Admin or Head Admin
Any Experience: I have been on multiple servers helping out and building different structures. I am a experienced admin knowing how to work with plugins and being able to help players. I owned a couple of servers but shutdown due to my inexperience but now I know a lot of ideas to be implemented in a server and the mindset you need to build a good server.
Anything Else You Wanna Share: I am very active and love answering players questions. I hate servers when no one answers my questions so I know that would be a big plus. I also am hardworking and I am willing to work hard to help this server strive.

Experience: I have quite a bit of experience on the Admin side. I know my position well and can be a really good admin when needed. I am very mature and have been a admin on about 1-2 servers so i know what is expected.
You see a video of someone abusing what do you do?: First i will check out the player probably for a couple of minutes and see what kind of hacks were explained in the video. Or i will look ask a lot of questions and look at the comments see if this hacker is messing up everyone thats trying to enjoy the server.
Strict or a Softy?: I'm mostly strict I don't like when people take advantage of me or any other staff members and players. But i don't Just jump to a ban or kick or mute. I'll probably give them a warning or if they are not breaking any rules just leave it alone.
Anything else?: I feel that i can help out the server In various ways while i'm being a admin. I can get players on and give the owner tips and plugins to help the server improve. I know a lot about the faction and pvp side of things since that's basically the only type of servers i play on. I really love playing minecraft and I don't rage over things that are too difficult or take to long but I enjoy it while i'm doing it because i know it will help the server advance. When i'm doing my role as a staff member whether it be Admin, Moderator or Even Helper I don't like to pvp and take part in factions but instead I help out players and listen to all the request for a long time.
I can be on everyday including school days when school starts back up.
