Are u good at building? Yes I'm a great builder with many skills in red stone.
Can u advertise? Yes, i can advertise in many ways including some servers I'm on and also websites I have accounts for.
Can u help the owner when he wants it? Yes I will. I will help the owner and anyone else on the server if they need help.

Tip: get group manager and a world protect plugins for maximum efficiency without griefing or newbies abusing commands. No cheat and spam block recommended.
