I think it is a server infection.
You can go on a bukkit server and it can have a plugin made by owner.
They tracing your minecraft. Inspect your worlds. Steal your buildings for server buildings. It should be fixed when you delete all your servers and clear all server info and profile log in your AppData/roaming/.minecraft (and chance your mojang acc pass)
