    Experience with position/rank: I have owned a server which had around 14 to 25 people on at all time. I have been head admin and admin on 7 other servers which reached 60 players with donations reaching $2100. I have been moderator and helper on 5 servers. I also became admin on these servers as the other staff realised how great my skills were at keeping peace and order on the server. I have just recently left a server that I was admin on for the past year which topped 30 players on at a time.

    Why do you want to join our team?: I have owned a server which had around 14 to 25 people on at all time.     What can you do for the team to help it?: I will try my hardest to help other players and make the game more enjoyable for all other players. Also I will try my hardest on this server and give 100% effort into whatever im needed for and to work hard to keep my spot as staff. I am very open to new ideas and will try to work with them, I always make sure people are happy and love the server. I will help with anything from Drop Party's to expanding the shop, and more. I believe I can really help the server and everybody on it. I will do my best everyday to help the players with anything they need assistance with. I would enforce the rules without being rude and disrespectful. I would always be looking for rulebreakers and give them the appropriate punishment. I would try to stop all arguments and prevent new ones from happening. If I am to be granted the position of Helper, I will stop at nothing to prevent people such as spammers, and censorbreakers from ever breaking the rules again.

    Why Should we choose you: Well, Im 17 and am mature. I take this game seriously as I know playing serious is more enjoyable for alot of people such as players on the server and other staff members by making everyone's time on the server more enjoyable and relaxing. Also I have been Admin/Moderator on around 14 other servers before so I know how to act and keep my spot as Staff and provide help for anyone that needs assistance. I have played minecraft for the past 3 years and I hope to bring all my experience and knowledge to this server which may prove useful to other staff members including yourself. I will also help the server on monitoring the chat to help prevent spammers and people who are using too much abusive language and disrespecting other members of the server. I'm always active so if needed I can always check the forums and post useful information about upcoming things such as events, plugins that have been added to the server and even answering people applications if I had the privilege. I am usually active with the other members so if they some how catch a hacker I will ask the other user who is accused of hacking to screen share his minecraft and his versions, if I find any hacked clients I will report it to a higher member of the staff with proof that I got of it and take it from there.
