Why do you want to be a staff on Blitz Kits: I would like to become a present staff member for many reasons.
* I would like to become staff to become well known and a friendly member in the community. I don't want to known as a "randy" and want to have many friends.
* I would also like to become a staff member to *as I stated before* pursue my opportunities of making others/myself have a funny and more enjoyable time on the server. I wish to stop hackers that want to ruin others time.
* I lastly want to become staff to gain trust from the owners on BlitzKitz and as well as with members and other staff members on the server. I want to become someone that will not abuse my power and stick out from the rest of the staff members.
Why should we accept you?: I am going to take time to show what I can bring if I become a staff member.
I am a very patient person. I would be on hours at time just waiting for someone to join. I find this this to be a very crucial part in controlling a server. I feel like you won't get the respect you expect if you don't show patience and courtesy towards the players.
Anybody can achieve moderator on a server, but its what that person them self can make of it. I think ahead, towards the future. I think about my actions, what others will think of me. I hate the feeling of someone having negative thoughts about me. But I also know there is a fine line between trash talking and flooding, death threats and ddos threats, etc.
As a staff member I think you should act as you know no one. I like to live by the phrase, "Equality is key". Showing any kind of favoritism is what I am strictly against. Favoritism can change 200 players against you in 3 seconds.
I want to make the server a safer environment for the newly joined players and everyone else. How? I will keep a dedicated eye on chat. I know what my job is and what I have to get done. Hark work = Improvement. Stopping 1 spammer can keep 20 people playing. This sounds exaggerated but its not. Whenever people I know are in bad moods a spammer can make them more mad and make them get off.
Getting 1 player to smile is an accomplishment, making 50 in a day is a dream. Making players happy is what I strive to accomplish. Doing more than what is expected can turn around someone's day. I get a thrill just from stopping someone from trying to ruin someone's day. I don't have patience for hackers and they will be brought punishment whether its from me or another staff member.
I will work to become a leader and set good examples for future staff members and players themselves. I also want to bring a mature outlook on the server. I want to stop people from talking bad about someone's culture or religion. I get a lot of hate since I don't have a specific belief on god. I know what it's like to not feel accepted just through religion and culture. I tend to make friends fairly quick and I feel like this is an efficient way to become a great staff member alone.
When someone becomes a staff member they are thinking, "What do I do now?". My question is, "What can I do to benefit the server in a positive way?". I am very creative and always thinking of new ways to help. This is important as well in being a mod because you always have to be thinking, what's next?
I am very dedicated and tend to stand by my work. I want to make things other people enjoy, that will comfort them or make them happy.
Do you have a skype?: Yes, I have skype. (unbeatable_king_and_boss) Its REALLY old so don't judge from the name =D
Are you currently staff on any other servers? I am not staff on other servers but I have been staff numerous times.
Will you be active on our server? I tend to be very active when I work for servers.
