If people say use BlockLauncher, it's unofficial and can hack your device. There is no approved way by Mojang to change your skin on PE. So if anything comes up, it's unnoficial. Mods are not, Skins are unofficial on PE though so don't take chances of getting your device hacked. Hope this helped.
