I am 16.
3. Why are you applying to be a Staff member for the server?
The main reason I am applying is to be able to help out on a unique project rather than helping out some minigame server. The secondary reason is that after I finished developing for another server, I left due to some corrupt staff members that I could not get the owner to fire and other factors.
4. What are you trying to apply for?
I would prefer Admin or Moderator as those are two roles I have the most experience besides being a Developer.
5. Any experiences you had being a staff in Minecraft before?
I have actually been staff of many servers as I have been playing Minecraft for a total of 3 years now. Here are a few in a list:

Some of my skills, not limited to or above, are being able to code HTML5, CSS, Java and C++ Programming as well as being able to come on around about 6 hours a day. I know many server configuring options and I know all of the Group Manager, PEX Commands, Bukkit Tricks, Spigot Optimizations, and WorldEdit/WorldGuard options.

Of course I do, everyone is human and everyone has flaws. I have a chance to get really angry at a staff member doing stupid things. Thats about it.

Some thing that are unique to me would be me haveing an extensive knowledge of programming and server administration skills. Not to mention having built many servers.

I can contribute 6 to 12 hours on a weekend and only 6 hours on a weekday.

I am a 16 year old boy who watches Anime on his off-time, founded the first ever Computer Club in our county. I built my computer from scratch and programmed since I was 12. I build robots as a hobby of mine and currently working on making a automated clap trash bot. I do these sorts of things as i find them fun as well.

In regards to home hosting your server, you can contact FragNet and share with them your ideas for the server and ask for a server to be provided with in return for sharing their affiliate link. It could help if you get your server stats high enough and enough link clicks per IP.
