What are you looking to achieve in regards to the role?: I am looking to achieve multiple things in regards of this role, I will list them as bullet points:
• Becoming a great leader, leading people to succeed, to win and never to fail.
• Becoming a sociable, eligble and economically-friendly admin to all, members and staff.
• Becoming a Role-Model for players, or even some off the staff, I want to prove that im not some random person, I am infact a great minded person, someone who people look up too when they're down or not feeling well, they can always come to me for help, which is why i want to become an admin.
• I want to help in every way as possible.
What are your strengths?:
• Helping people, encouraging people, making them win and never fail.
• Being a good leader/commander.
• Keeping things tidy, neat and organized.
• A willing mind; I'm not some lazy ladi dadi person who will wait a day or two to have something done, no, its just not in my nature, I thrill to do the best I can do, I seek for success, not for failure.
• Being honest, I dont lie.
• Working with a team, I hate going solo, I need a team in my back, which is one of my biggest strenghts in my opinion, also a really strong one.
What are your weaknesses?: My weaknesses is seeing people fail, or seeing people unhappy, that upsets me. You can't just sit and watch if somebody is beeing "bullied" or "laughed at" there needs to be someone stopping that, which is why I want to be an Admin, to stop them. Another weakness of mine is failing, I hate failing, If its in a game or real life, it upsets me, alot.
Briefly describe your personality:
Im a friendly, sociable, eligble and encourging person. I get alot easily, never make enemies, always make friends or be civil, being in conflict isn't my thing. I am trustworthy guy, and won't let nobody down, atleast try not too.

(English + Polish). I love programming, I teach myself c++ and java, not a full on expert but slowing getting there, i want to be a computer programmer or a systems programmer when im older.
