Communities/Teams NEED STAFF & BUILDERS.

I've been playing this Mining/Crafting game since 1.2.2, so I've got a bit of experience.
I'm a moderately good builder, but I'd say I'd be a fine moderator. I've been an admin three times and a co-owner once.
I'd spend a long time writing this but I'd rather not because I'm lazy.
