open your task manager (ctrl+alt+delete) remove unnecessary processes, also remove that othet "javaw" process the one with lower usage, its the launcher.
defrag your hard drive, uninstall unnecessary programs/files.
if your are browsing whilst playing try disabling your browser close it if you dont need it, or clear/remove the browser history and cookies.
use

try upgrading your videocard,bios. something that improve your pc
