    Minecraft/Servers HIRING ALL RANKS! Need Dev, Builders, Admins BADLY!

    6) Why Should You Have This Rank: I bring a different environment to the game and team because i know how to handle many problems and i work well in tough situations, I know how to build nice arena's and spawns and i get along with most people

    7) How Long Have You Played Minecraft: 3 years

    8) Previous Experience: Was admin on a server that was shutdown because the owner had depression so i had to take over the server until he shut it down.
    I have worked as Admin on ChipsCraft but demoted to Moderator because another player was more suited to my role.

    10) Strengths AND Weaknesses: My strengths are that i can work under pressure and difficult circumstances, i get along with most people so i can always help out a newly starting player. My Weaknesses are that i can sometimes lash out at people in chats or calls and i sometimes swear accidentally.

    11) Do you prefer to work as a Team or Solo: I prefer to work as a team because i think it builds trust and helps us get along easier.

    12) Extra/Other: I can play for 4-7 hours most days unless studying.

    HOW MANY DAYS AND HOURS CAN YOU BE ON:4-7 hours most days unless studying for exams
    DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IF SO LIST:Have been moderator on a friends server but he had depression so i had to take the role of owner until the server was shutdown.
    Admin on ChipsCraft but demoted because another player was more suited for my role/ now i am moderator.
    WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF ANOTHER PLAYER CLAIMED SOMEONE WAS HACKING:I would require proof that he is hacking so i would go invis and teleport to find the proof and if he is he will be Perma banned and i would fix the problems he created.
    WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF WE DECIDE TO DEMOTE YOU:I would accept the demotion because its your decision to demote me but i would still help the server with the rank that i was demoted to or just as a normal player.
    CAN YOU DO ANYTHING LIKE MAKE YOUR OWN PLUGINS OR CODE: No i dont have any knowledge on coding but looking for a place to learn code.

    I was admin on my friends server but he Developed depression so i had to take the role of owner until he finally shutdown the server so i have the knowledge on how to run a server if the owner isn't online and i know how to deal with hackers/ Xrayers and griefers.

    As admin i dealt with hackers by going invis and teleporting to them to watch if they were actually using hacks and i would give them a temp ban for 1 day but if the problem continued i would permanently ban the player.

    Are you staff currently on any servers?

    [X] No. I: [X] Was demoted because another member of staff was better placed in that role because he dedicated time to code the server website and he knew how to do more for the server than I did.

    If a player asks a question you do not know the answer to, what do you respond with?: I'm sorry (Name) i don't know the answer to what you are asking but i will ask a staff member higher than me and i will get back to you on that, sorry.
