what's your building specialty: My building specialty is mainly spawns and arenas, I do build mansions and stuff like that but i love building spawns that stand out with color and arenas with cool features.

Extras: Im very dedicated to my work and im very honest. It would be a privilege to work on the spawn and arenas for you. Im also hoping that if the server turns out great ill donate $80 on my b-day because i get like $400 on my b-day every year.

Why Do you think you should be recruited over someone else: I think i should be recruited over someone else because I am an expert builder, good with plugins, very helpful, I dont cheat, I am very good with redstone, I can post HD youtube videos about the server and me playing on it, im dedicated to the servers im staff on, my friends have youtube accounts and they can make videos too.
How many hours can you dedicate a day: I can dedicate about 6-8 hours a day depending on what my family is doing and how the other servers im staff on are.
Are you willing to help us build arenas and lobbies: Yes I am willing to build anything you need me to.
Plugins that you work well with: I work well with most plugins, I work very well with World Edit, MD, OpNotifier, Factions, Towny, and many more plugins.

I joined your server and it looks nice, im new to youtube and i was thinking of doing minecraft videos, i might use this server when i play mini-games. I might also let subscribers (if i get a lot) join the server and play mini-games with me. I also have questions about the Youtube rank. Any experiences in servers (reference as for behavior): Yes, I can make people say the truth without threatening them, I can build a spawn and shop in about 30-50 mins (depending on how big and what I add in it), and I know how to rebuild something very fast so if someone gets greifed I can rebuild the house and put everything back inside.
What do you think your positition should be (main admin, moderator, build helper)?: I think main admin would be the right position for me, I have been admin on quite a few servers and mod on a few servers too, I always help ANY player that needs help and I normally play in survival unless i'm building something for the server.
Why are you looking to become a staff member here?: Because I would like to promote the server on my youtube channel as my first few videos and livestream a bit. Another thing is that I love to help other people with ANYTHING they need.
Have you played on Mexitalican before?: No, I have never played on Mexitalican before.

Hello shad0wwy i will like to be a mod or admin on your server, i am 10 yrs old and a very experienced builder and i am very good with tekkit things (if the server is tekkit) and i will be willing to donate some money (about $50 or so) if i get mod or admin, i do not abuse any commands and whenever i get to be admin/mod on a server i dont really stay on creative much. if you want to know anything else add me on skype

Why am i good for this: I am a very experienced builder with a very good rep (never been banned or kicked from a server) and i am a very good redstone person so i can make some redstone related mini-games.
Why can you trust me: Because i am very loyal (like a dog ) and like i said i have never been banned or kicked from any server i have been on and i have been staff on about 6 servers ( mod: 2 times admin: about 3 or 4 times)
Extra: I am willing to donate about $80-$100 on christmas if i am accepted to be either moderator or admin (idc which 1, almost the same) and i am very active so i can build mini-games and/or a mob arena and spleef arena.

How long can you be on: I can be on all day from about 1:00 pm to about 8:00 pm then i get back on at about 8:30 pm and stay on until about 12:00 pm
