Adding more ram only makes it faster, if you started with like 1 GB of ram.....anything over 4 GB will not make it faster.

Anything with an Intel graphics card isn't gonna be a "powerhouse" and you're not gonna get a good laptop under 300 dollars...You can build a desktop that will run games very well for around 400-500 dollars.

btw001Hey guys! I'm 11 (don't hate ), I enjoy playing CoD (Call of duty) but recently have been getting bored of it and kinda want to try BF3 (Battle Field 3). My parents already hate me playing CoD but accept it. Anyways, from what I've seen BF3 looks like a lot of fun, what are your opinions? Also, don't say that I should just wait for BF4 to come out. I realize BF4 is being released soon, but I want to get BF3 for now just to pass time.


If you are on your computer, I would recommend ArmA 2/3.....it's really realistic, and pretty fun once you learn it.

It's not in the browser.....it's that his Windows Aero transparency is turned down. It even says the snapshot version?

A lot of people who play Minecraft are not 16, and no way to get an income....And parents don't want to spend money on something they don't use/know about.

Go here and look at this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bh455l3348s. It's a cheap little "Gaming" computer, it could run Minecraft pretty well. It runs BF3 not so bad, and ArmA 2 pretty goodish.

That post was about as useless as all your other ones. For one, a good video card will cost errr, $80 or more to play Minecraft at a playable frame rate. And you know, computers can be gifts...and so can Minecraft.....

On a second note, Minecraft should just leave it the way it is.... I mean, 1.6 ran so much better than any of them before.....

Yes and no, you can't run a server good with 4 gb ram.... But you can errr, somewhat run it....not 500 people though....
