Define what you believe a staff member's job is: To make sure everyone is having a fun and non-discriminatory time playing. I believe that a staff members job is to retain peace among the server, while trying tto maintain a fun and sociable profile with their community. They should have to make fair and Non-Biased decisions. They should help the owners, the server itself, its players, etc
A player is reported of flying. What do you do? Command Way: /whois Look for Flying: True, OR /v and watch the guy and see if he does anything, if none of these work, tell the person who told to whisper it to an admin if it is done again, so only the admins can see and watch this "flying" person. Another way is to simply ask. If he lies, give him a warning. OR, if he actually IS flying, kick him, warn him, if he does it again, temp ban him, if he does it one more time, Ban.
