Position applying for : Preferably Admin but if you don't currently see me fit for that position I can easily adjust to be a Mod and hopefully someday work my way up.

Reason for Application : As an experienced Minecraft player and fan, I know the game very well, this allows me to help people who are newer to the game, server styles and more. My fun personality does not just make me "Boring" like some staff, but also someone who you can laugh, joke and talk with. My reserving and fun nature makes it decent to make friends. The server has potential and the ideas are absolutely astounding, I wish to help the server become its best by contributing as much as I can! Me being staff would make me put the members first, trying to make their experience on the server stress free, fun and enjoyable. I am not pushy in any ways and never intend to ban people without the evidence, or the reason. I want to be able to create relationships with the members that would stay, and make sure that people stay nice. I would put great effort into the server and if I do anything wrong, no matter how little, tell me and I will FIX my acts and improve. I can moderate websites, the server and more if required. With me being very versatile, along with a good gaming computer, I can have many different things open at one point this means that I will be able to lots of things at once in an efficient manner. And yes, I do in fact understand that is fairly cheesy but it's every reason I'd ever apply.

Experience (details) : Throughout my career of playing Minecraft I have been staff on a multitude of servers. Very few of which truly captivated me and made me want to help the community thrive, I am capable of also being online on the server at most hours of the day, and seeing as how it's Summer that can be expanded upon to late hours of the night and early morning if needed.

Dedicated time: I usually wake up around noon and at the latest I wake up at about 2 PM but I can stay up essentially all night (in fact I stayed up all night the night before typing this out.)

What you can bring to the server: I will admit this right off the bat. I am NOT a good builder. If you absolutely need something built and there is no-one else online that is capable of doing it, depending on the details required and the depth of the build, I may be capable of building it, but otherwise, I am not a good builder whatsoever. Now onto the skills that I am actually skilled at, I am more than capable of these 2 things, that I will give details on in a moment. 1: Plugins (Not developing sorry) and 2: Managing people as I have stated before. Now then, onto the details of each, for the first one, plugins, I am less than capable of developing or "Managing" plugins as some people call it. I am in fact thought, more than capable of USING plugins, over my 4 years, I've had to have used probably at least 50 different plugins which all I have some experience with one way or another. And my final PRIMARY skill. Managing people, over the 4 years, I've settled 10s of hundreds of disputes between players, staff, and staff and players combined all alike as I consider staff and players equal. (I'll explain further down.) So I have a great deal of experience in managing large communities and even the other staff of the community alike.

What position are you applying for? Administrator

How old are you? 17

Will you be able to post our banner in your signature? Yes I believe so, I don't see any reason why I couldn't.

Why should we pick you over the rest? I feel I can be a new friendly face on the server that can help people every time they need it and can be an extremely helpful asset for your server.

Past staff experience? I've been Co-Owner of 2 other servers other than me not having a significant amount of experience developing/configuring plugins I'm more than capable of using them as well as managing large groups of people (staff and players alike). I also have 4, almost 5, years of experience playing Minecraft.

On a scale of 1-10, which number do you think best suits your maturity? Roughly 8.5 but it varies. I can be lighthearted and I can take a joke as long as it does not offend anyone but I can be serious if the need arises.

How active will you be able to be? My schedule in detail is as follows: Weekdays: From 4:00 - 10:00 PM, Friday: 1:30 PM to as late as I want and on Weekends I wake up around 11:00 usually so basically anytime after that but if I ever come across a situation where it will take some time away from my schedule I will be sure to notify you before hand.

Will you be able to advertise the server? Yes, as you've hopefully noticed I am fairly detailed with my words so I can create lengthy and detailed advertisements for the server on PMC, MCF and any other Minecraft community website.

Will you be able to be active on the website? Somewhat, I typically don't go on websites for the servers I work for very much but I can easily change that.

Are you good with plugins? Yes, I know almost every plugin typically used on servers to at least some extent.

Are you good with permissions? I know basic PEX commands and that's about it. So not really. I'm more of a moderation focused staff member.

6. Are you good with plugins?: Yes but I can't develop them or configure them. I just know most of them commands-wise.

7 What are your specialties?: Moderation, management of the server and staff, and settling disputes between players and staff as well.

Anything else?: I don't mean to brag but in my own personal experience playing a game for an extended period of time gives you a rather well understanding of how the game works as well as me having a fair bit of experience using plugins. For a little back story there are 2 games I have played actively for more than 2 years: Minecraft: (5 years) and Continent of the Ninth Seal, C9 for short for 3 years. So I have mostly everything in Minecraft known in 1.7.10 (I don't use 1.8 very often, also, again, I'm not trying to brag.)

Now then, enough about me, lets move onto the application.

My experience as a staff member on servers: I have been a staff member on a multitude of servers and am currently Head-Admin on a specific server that I will tell you the IP of if you wish to know, but I won't disclose it here as I don't want to advertise it on another server's forum post. But anyways, as I stated before, I've been staff on a fairly large amount of servers and on all of them I've been a fairly higher up rank so I have more than enough experience dealing with groups, players and fellow staff alike.

Why you should choose me: I am a very dedicated and hard working staff member on every server I've ever been staff on, I can be extremely active now that I do spend most of my free time on my computer, with the occasional going out with friends and all that. I can respect players and staff alike with the utmost of ease even if they're being, well, just downright jerks to me or another player or a fellow staff member.

My experience developing: I can't develop anything, let's just leave it at that.

Grammar and sophistication level: I would consider myself, albeit this may seem a bit biased from your perspective, to be about a 8/10 in grammar and sophistication. As you hopefully noticed my grammar is fairly, well, advanced for someone of my age, but for the sophistication, we're gamers, we like to have fun. I can't be the most mature person out there in the world but when the situation needs a mature and sophisticated person to handle it, i'll happily take up the offer and handle it to the best of my ability.

How much I can be on: As I did state before I can be on extremely actively, usually on weekdays from about 3:30 PM to about 11:00-12:00 PM. And on weekends I typically wake up around 11:00 AM and can be on for usually the entirety of the day. I know the average person doesn't sleep in that late but I stay up absurdly late so don't judge. But if there ever comes a situation where I cannot be on at any of those times I will be sure to notify you, the owner, or Co-Owner.

DISCLAIMER: While reading this, I apologize if I started to ramble on and on anywhere, it's something I've gotten into the habit of doing and I usually don't catch myself.

A little about me to start off, as a gamer who recently built a gaming PC I do spend most of my time recently on my computer, so I can be very active on the server as well as anything else you need me to be active on. I live on the East Coast of America, won't delve any farther into where I live from that for privacy purposes. As I stated before I am 17 years old as of February 20th. Now then, enough about me, lets move onto the application.

My experience as a staff member on servers: I have been a staff member on a multitude of servers and am currently Head-Admin on a specific server that I will tell you the IP of if you wish to know, but I won't disclose it here as I don't want to advertise it on another server's forum post. But anyways, as I stated before, I've been staff on a fairly large amount of servers and on all of them I've been a fairly higher up rank so I have more than enough experience dealing with groups, players and fellow staff alike.

Why you should choose me: I am a very dedicated and hard working staff member on every server I've ever been staff on, I can be extremely active now that I do spend most of my free time on my computer, with the occasional going out with friends and all that. I can respect players and staff alike with the utmost of ease even if they're being, well, just downright jerks to me or another player or a fellow staff member.

My experience developing: I can't develop anything, let's just leave it at that.

Grammar and sophistication level: I would consider myself, albeit this may seem a bit biased from your perspective, to be about a 8/10 in grammar and sophistication. As you hopefully noticed my grammar is fairly, well, advanced for someone of my age, but for the sophistication, we're gamers, we like to have fun. I can't be the most mature person out there in the world but when the situation needs a mature and sophisticated person to handle it, i'll happily take up the offer and handle it to the best of my ability.

How much I can be on: As I did state before I can be on extremely actively, usually on weekdays from about 3:30 PM to about 11:00-12:00 PM. And on weekends I typically wake up around 11:00 AM and can be on for usually the entirety of the day. I know the average person doesn't sleep in that late but I stay up absurdly late so don't judge. But if there ever comes a situation where I cannot be on at any of those times I will be sure to notify you, the owner, or Co-Owner.

What plugins are you good with: Pretty much all the usual ones used, but I can easily adapt to foreign plugins if needed! Ex: WorldEdit, Essentials, etc. Just the usual ones used. Also I am very experienced with Factions.

Why I should pick you: In my opinion my answer to the question below this covers this questions as well. But to put it bluntly, I feel I can be a friendly face to new and active players every time they get and as well as me being almost impossible to anger I will never ban or kick someone simply out of spite. As well as me having a lighthearted sense of humor If you're joking and it doesn't offend anyone else I'll pretty much always let stuff go. But if needed I am capable of being extremely serious about a situation as well.

Why you want to be picked: As an experienced Minecraft player and fan, I know the game very well, this allows me to help people who are newer to the game, server styles and more. My fun personality does not just make me "Boring" like some staff, but also someone who you can laugh, joke and talk with. My reserving and fun nature makes it decent to make friends. The server has potential and the ideas are absolutely astounding, I wish to help the server become its best by contributing as much as I can! Me being staff would make me put the members first, trying to make their experience on the server stress free, fun and enjoyable. I am not pushy in any ways and never intend to ban people without the evidence, or the reason. I want to be able to create relationships with the members that would stay, and make sure that people stay nice. I would put great effort into the server and if I do anything wrong, no matter how little, tell me and I will FIX my acts and improve. I can moderate websites, the server and more if required. With me being very versatile, along with a good gaming computer, I can have many different things open at one point this means that I will be able to lots of things at once in an efficient manner.

How active are you: Here is my schedule as to when I can be online: Weekdays: From 4:00 - 10:00 PM, Friday: 1:30 PM to as late as I want and on Weekends I wake up around 11:00 usually so basically anytime after that but if I ever come across a situation where it will take some time away from my schedule I will be sure to notify you before hand. Please note all of these times are subject to change.

What can you help the server with: Managing people and staff alike in their times of need and being a friendly face for new and active players alike.

What makes you unique: As most teenagers my age these days aren't very...Sophisticated or mature, I like to take a turn for the better with that situation as I have a very detailed sense of grammar. (Tell me if it ever annoys you if I correct you and I'll do my best to stop.) As well as me being extremely mature in situations that need a mature player to handle it.

Recent experience with staff: I've been Co-Owner of 2 other servers other than me not having a significant amount of experience developing/configuring plugins I'm more than capable of using them as well as managing large groups of people (staff and players alike). I also have 4, almost 5, years of experience playing Minecraft.

Additional info: I don't mean to brag but in my own personal experience playing a game for an extended period of time gives you a rather well understanding of how the game works as well as me having a fair bit of experience using plugins. For a little back story there are 2 games I have played actively for more than 2 years: Minecraft: (5 years) and Continent of the Ninth Seal, C9 for short for 3 years. So I have mostly everything in Minecraft known in 1.7.10 (I don't use 1.8 very often, also, again, I'm not trying to brag.)

Why should I pick you, instead of somebody else?: As I stated before, I can be extremely active on the server as well as me having a fairly large amount of experience playing Minecraft there is no reason for me to not help anyone who needs help with something, whether it be a question about the server, the game itself, or really anything else.
