I would Pick this position because I'm always on and active, I'm a really good friend/member too. Im always fair with everyone and if theres something going on between players i will let you know and fix it as fast as possible
I have never been banned on any server because i don't do stuff that isn't allowed i always read the rules right when i join the server and ask lots of questions!
