What would you do if a person hacked with Nodus?: FIRST thing i would do is to get solid proof, second i would do a short ban maybe 3-5 hours, if they consists to do it i would go to a higher person or if im admin i would banned and then explain to owner/ higher position i why i did it and proof i have for doing it.
Spammed?: First i would give 2 warnings to stop then, Spam would be a short ban -1-3 hours or a warning kick cause everyone hates spammers
Griefed?: I have a no tolerence policy for griefing if u grief u are banned end of story, no " oh my bro or friend was on my account and griefed, i dont do that stuff.
How can I be sure I can trust you? I am very trusted worthy but i get it coming from a stranger your like "ya well how do i know" you can watch me 24/7 and ill report what im doing to you every so often and you can check in to make sure im doing it. If i got the job why would i ruin it by griefing something you can rollback in like 10 second.
Do you have staff experience?: I do i have been owners on many servers that had 20-35 people on a day but shut down do to my staff stopping playing minecraft i was admin on two servers were they were good but the staff was giving away diamonds like nothing and i was done.
Proof of experience: I could come on the server and you could give me a series of questions or have me do something.
Do you use any mods?: I use too many items cause its helpful and its shows you the recipes so if ur confused you can use that.
How frequently can you be on?: weekends im on all day maybe a food break here in there or bathroom break & weekdays 3:30-9:00 PM
Anything else I should know?: I lve watching servers grow the best part is when you read the chat and people are like i just got on this server and its the funnest one yet. I want to be admin because i love helping servers and watching them grow. After seeing a server go from a random gen land to a great spawn with people flowing out and pvping and seeing all the bases and amazing things people built is the greatest feeling. As Drake says "Start it from the bottom now were here" is what every server does and its a great thing to watch.
