ElexOfficial? I started working on a plugin for the server. With main player commands, ect. When it's done, I will send it so you can test it on your test server, if you have one. Talk to you on skype.

...what about making a minecraft vanilla like texture pack, but you could see though glass. Not all those blurred pixels in your way if you want to look outside. And with the recource packs mojang added, you could make it that the glass "expand" on it's own when you place a glass on any other side of it (like Optifine Ultra does with glass).

Step1: Download permissionex, Essentials-core and essentials chat manager.
Step2: Go to console and type /pex user <yourname> add *
Step3: Go in game and type /pex user <yourname> prefix [&5Owner&r]
(If you want to have more than one owner, follow these steps:
/pex group owner create
/pex group owner prefix [&5Owner&r]
/pex user <Yourname> group add owner
If you want to add more owners, just do /pex user <username> group add owner)
Step4: Make groups! /pex group <groupname> create
Step5: add prefixes! /pex group <Groupname> prefix [PrefixHere]
Step6: add people to groups! /pex user <Username> group add <GroupName>
Step8: add default permissions! /pex group Default add <PermissionGoesHere>
Repeat step 8 until you are done with the permissions!
