i would'nt stress it. me myself havent focused at staff at all. On my server we only are 3 staff memebers. but we knew eachother you know. Also you need players for staff to have something to do. Good luck with your semi vanilla server!
Me too, i forgot my first account i had, so i also lost the page for my first server. so when i made my new server i had to do everything again from scratch.
