Go with the airport. It gives you the ability to make a more realistic build and gives you more of a challenge. This leads me to my next tip; Make the name more realistic than "Creepusville" . May be just my taste but, if your going for realism obviously change it. Check out a guy on youtube named kingck123, he has a more recent video of an airport terminal to give you a good idea.
