My server has players of many ages, from 12 to there 50s. I focus on quality, mature, honest people who don't cause trouble
Ranks are earned though. In time, if you show the skills, earn your way by helping, you could also be an Admin like another 14 year mature player is. But I cannot make any guarantees. He started off as a Guest, and then Mod, and now is Admin.
