Do you understand that you can get a promotion/demotion and not complain? Yes, I have learned through the years to not be selfish and complain about other peoples achievements and complain about my misfortunes, but be happy for them, not try to tear them down.

Can i trust you if yes Why? Yes, because I know what it's like to not have honest/trustworthy staff members, I have had fellow staff abuse their powers to de-op me and ban me from the server.
Have you ever been Banned of a server: [Be Honest] Yes, once, for trying to settle a religious argument between the owner and a member, and the owner was mad at me for trying to stop it, so he banned me.
Why should i pick you over other people? I am able to be on quite a lot, and I am very friendly. I do get angry sometimes, but only if they are repeatedly trying to pester me or other members after I had asked them to stop.
Other information about yourself? I have just finished my football season so I will be able to be on more frequently.
