Well yeah I won't buy the parts before in about a month because I need to get some more money, then I'll reconsider the parts and maybe upgrade some of them.

Yeah, try use something else than Group Manager, like PermissionsEx. And you may want to update all plugins before you post this .

That plugin is called "MyPlot" or "MooglePlots", and it's made and updated my a guy called Haxtor Moogle. He sells the plugin for real money. You may read this: http://wtfmoogle.com/?p=2384. Here is hes profile on bukkit.org, you should send him a PM there and ask for your Skype. A little tip is to have your server very organized, he likes that .

If you don't want to spend money on a plugin like that, I would recommend you to use
InfiniteClaims and InfinitePlots. They are generating a world (you need a type of multi-world plugin) were it's only plots, once you enter the world you get your plot protected and your home set there. You have to set it up and give the permissions. Her's the links:

Able to follow instructions?: Yeah, if someone give them to me though.

Able to work well with others?: Yeah, only if they are following their instructions, and that they don't ask alot of questions and don't know anything at all.

Ever been in a machinima?: Nope, but I want to.
If so, what was it about?: I haven't been there (yet hopefully).

If you're OP on 7 servers, why do you want to be it on one more. When you're OP on 7 servers, that should be enough to spend your time on . I don't see why you would play on this server and why not on any other, just a little tip .

Why do you give out OP to random people? I would never ever give anyone at all that I don't know access to the "/stop command", because that would "kill" your server until you would be able to start it up. Get permissions and then give them a rank as Moderator. As here on Planet Minecraft Moderator moderats the sites, so we don't get any rule-breakers and stuffs like that. It should be the same in-game I think. So moderator for in-game moderation, and admin for outside of the game administration, as adding plugins, and stuffs like that. If you need any help with any plugins as permissions, send me a PM, I would be glad to help you .

Well, the chances for someone to make a new server for you is really small. I guess some people have a server already they might be able to give you the IP, and then you can do what you want to. When it comes to server hosting, you either got to host it yourself, or rent a server. Renting a server cost money, and hosting it yourself 24/7, will get you bigger electrical-bills, means it cost money too. If you're looking for a server hoster that's cheap I would recommend Beastnode to you, since their servers is lag free, and they have some great support if you got any problems.
