Help/JavaEdition Firewall blocking minecraft for accessing the internet problem.(Can't play on servers)

That's the problem,I tried to make the exception in the firewall but nothing worked.
And for the porting stuff I am never done such a thing and I don't have an idea how.

Well I looked up on google before even making this thread and I haven't found a certain way to allow it through avast 2017's firewall.Most of the sites I found just talk about white listing files and websites or older versions of avast.
But if you found the website that tells how to do it I will be really thankful :)
