    Minecraft/Discussion EULA refund?

    I don't think you can get a refund unless you convince the server owner to give it back. I do think it's pretty unfair, though. Besides the EULA doesn't officially take effect until August.

    IMO, though, I really dislike the EULA. As a server owner, it's pretty much impossible to get donations anyway, and with the EULA being enforced, it's safe to say our server will probably have to shut down sometime in the future. I don't think it's evil of Mojang or anything, (in their shoes I would do the same) but it's very frustrating.

    $150 donations do seem unfair, though. I hope the server owner gives you your rank back or at least compensation in another rank that the EULA approves.

    I think it's a good opportunity, as well as a fun way to spend an otherwise empty summer.

    No images, but if you want to see some stuff, wither-craft.fluctis.com. I've built or helped build just about everything there, including the /warps and spawn.

    Try four! I have lots of experience in owning, admin-ing, building and more, because I've built countless spawns, shops, buildings and more.

    Again, unlike other candidates, I've got tons of experience in owning and building. I've been playing Minecraft for about two years now and I'm a pretty good builder. I also know hold to configure plugins such as Groupmanager and PermissionsEx, know WorldEdit and more.

    I could build your spawn. Payment isn't needed; I enjoy building. I've owned three servers in the past and I'm a pretty decent builder if I say so myself. I've got a lot of time on my hands this summer, also.

    PM me if you're interested, as well as the theme of spawn. You don't need to OP me, either. I really just need GM 1 and possibly some WE. Whatever you feel comfortable with.

    Maturity 1-10: 8, but honestly, I can be serious when I want to but other time lighthearted.
    Experience: I've owned three servers, and I've been mod on another. I've built countless spawns and shops and buildings.
    Can you build a proffesional Lobby w/ the tentacles?: I'd try. It sounds like an interesting idea. Perhaps purple stained clay with buttons for the sucker-things?
