Age (Please be 15 or older): 13, I know you say 15 and older and I understand why some people would think that would be the appropriate age, but what also matters is maturity. In my opinion, I consider myself very mature. I can be a great help to your server. I hope you will consider me even if my age is under your limit.

Will you be able to spend multiple hours a day creating the server?: Yes, I can help create the server for about 8 hours a day. Except weekends, where I will contribute about 6-7 hours.
Any specific talents in game?: I am highly skilled at Factions and PvP. I am a very good strategist when it comes to raiding other players. I can figure out ways to get into a base quickly. In PvP, I can win against anyone in a 1v1 and most of the time I win at a 2v1 as well. I understand Factions very well. The best way to raid someone is to kill them various times until their power gets low enough to overclaim them. I consider myself to be quite an expert on factions.
How creative are you? On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give myself an 8.
How good are you with commands and the console? (I don't want specific plugin commands. I want to know are you able to learn the ones you do not know?): I am extremely good at commands and the console. If I stumble upon a new concept in the console or commands I can learn it very quickly. I am a fast learner so if there is a command in game or in the console I will be able to adapt and master it.
Will you be relaxed while talking with me? (By that I mean in any situation I want to know you won't freak out over small things.) : Yes, as I said before, I am very mature. I will not be immature and start screaming or shouting over petty things. I will be completely composed and calm while talking to you.
Will you be an open person towards me? (Just as I will be open with you. I'd like to know we can trust each other.): Yes, I will be an open person to you. Maybe if I get accepted we can get to know each other better. That can improve our trust greatly.
Full sentence questions:
What made you interested in helping the server out?: The thing that mainly make me interested in helping this server out, is that it is going to be a factions server. I've been wanting to either own or co-own a factions server for a while now and I saw an opportunity to finally make the dream a reality. I want to finally make a server where I can fully customize it at my ease.
If you are given Co-Owner what do you think you'll be doing?: If I'm given Co-Owner, the main thing I will be doing is configuring with the plugins and fixing permissions. I will be also monitoring the server, detecting hackers, muting spammers, preventing people from sending out DDOS threats, etc. I will also make this server a fun and challenging server for the players. I will host events in the factions server such as, a faction war or a full out free-for-all pvp battle. I will also watch over other staff, (if we ever get anymore) to make sure they are not abusing the power they have been given.
How will you handle different types of situations? From console errors, bugs, glitches, to players needing help, fighting, cheating, etc. Give me examples:
Let's say there was an error while I was configuring plugins with the console and the server crashed. The most of the player's reactions would be either to spam the chat or hate on me. I would calmly tell them there was just an error while I was configuring with some of the plugins and there were no problems.
Let's say a player was using a hacked client. For example, Nodus. First, I would watch them. I would see if they have X-ray, Killaura, Reach, Vclip, etc. Second, I would ask them to Skype with me and check their %appdata% to see if they do not have any hacks. Third, if they do I will have to ask them to stop using them. Fourth, if they continue to use their hacks, I will have to permanently ban them.
Backup Plan: If they do not have a Skype or do not want to Skype with me. I would watch them and if I am 100% positive they have hacks, I will give them a warning and if they continue to use them, I will have no other choice ,but to ban them permanently.
Let's say a player has accused another player of hacking. The player has accused player of hacksulations what would you do?: I would look into it and see if there are any signs of hacking. If they hacked then I would ban them immediately. If the accusations were false I would temp ban the player who accused.
Let's say two players got in a fight one killed a player of a edge of a mountain and so they lost there stuff they come to you angry and ask for your help what would you do in this situation?: I say, "I am sorry for what happened but that is the point of the game, and if I were to give you back your stuff it would be abusing my powers and unfair to the other player, but I would hope you would still be able to have fun and enjoy their time on the server."
Are you good with people? (Meaning are you able to talk with people and not get frustrated over simple or big things. Not everyone knows how to play minecraft.): Yes, I usually keep cool when I'm helping people with their problems. I won't get mad or frustrated if they have a simple question or a big question, I will just simply help them.
If one of the staff members are doing something wrong what would you do? (From exploiting things, cheating, playing unfair, etc): I would speak with them via Skype where it is private and discuss the situation. I would ask them "Why would you do that?" Then, I would let off with a warning. If it continues however, I would have to demote them and temporary or permanently ban them.
