Why should I staff you: I have had a lot of staff experience in the past. I try to interfere with the player's game as little as possible until approached with a question, where I try to take the right action.
Any past staff experience? I have been an admin on two servers, but most importantly ran my own server for a few months, with involved building my own spawn and advertising it myself.
