Experience with Moderation: I have owned 2 servers myself and am now co-owning a hub server in development (still waiting on our devs to finish our custom plugins).
Experience with Mods and Mod Packs: I used to play around with mods and mod packs but ever since I started to make my own server/servers I stopped using them.
Experience with Citizens, Factions, and/or Better Chests: I have used citizens and factions on both of my servers and am experienced with both.
Experience with Hack Clients: Tried them but never stuck with them. They ruin the game. It isn't difficult in the first place so what's the point?
Experience with Anti Hack Plugins: Used on both my servers including anti-xray
Other: If your aiming for WOW dungeons I have plenty of experience with that as I have played the game for 3 years with multiple max level characters so I can give tips here and there!

How good are you ? : I think I'm pretty good I've had 2 servers and currently in the midst of converting my server over to a hub! But, still waiting on some custom plugins to be finished being made. So, I have some spare time. Not experienced with coding or anything but I can setup plugins.
Do you work for free ? : Depends on the work and how much work.
How often are you available?: Almost everyday after 7pm est sometimes earlier depends on work.
