Any experience with Pixelmon?: Yes, been in mod since the early stages. I have played with friends and conquered the Elite 4 on several servers. After beating the server, I realised I wanted to help. Since then I have been staff on several servers.
What position do you want? (eg. admin, gym leader): Any. Preferably a gym leader
How would the server benifit from having you?: I am a responsible, unbiased person in general, and the serevr would have another trustworthy member on the staff

Any experience?: Yes on 5 servers as a staff member. Each closed because owner lost interest.

A player is constantly scamming new players what do you do? Investigate. I would warn the player thoroughly 3 times. After three, I ban for one day and notify server owner.
Player A accuses player B of greifing what do you do? I investigate the stories. I then look in Player B's stuff for any missing items of Player A. I then fund Player A of missing resources.
