I have resent the email like 10 times it still doesnt work its not in the spam folder either. Is there a way I can just have my password force reset? Maybe if I tell the previous password? Its just not showing up in my inbox.

Thats not the point. I made it with an age of 13+ but its telling me the email has been sent but its not showing up in my inbox.
