[b]Experience:[/b] My experience with being a Staff would be a great once since i've had past experience in Minecraft servers since Beta 1.0 and on and I know many things about multiple plugins and how they function. I've always loved being a chat moderator aswell since I love chatting with people to get to know them.
[b]How would you handle a fight on the server (DETAIL):[/b] The way I would handle a fight on the server would be to give them several warnings to pause the argument that they have because the server shouldn't have to deal with them spamming each other out in the chat, If they continue that however I would have to end up muting them for a certain amount of time.
[b]How would you control a spammer (DETAIL):[/b]If someone begins to start spamming out the chat and or if it's a group of people who are doing such as "group trolls" Like I said before I would give them the fair amount of warnings or else i'll have to mute them otherwise. If they each continue this on more accounts i'll have to inform a higher ranked staff preferably an Admin to IP ban them to calm the issue.
[b]How would you do or act towards a hacker or cheater (DETAIL):[/b]This is something big so by any means necessary I'll have to gain information and proof of him hacking and inform the other staff about this to come to a conclusion and banning his IP permanently because any usage of hacks or modded clients that make the game experience unfair to other players who play fairly shouldn't be ever allowed again onto the server, also another thing to note is that they could have alt accounts and could do this again so it would be highly recommended to IP ban them.
