We decided to remove the whitelist but make the server greylisted. Meaning anyone can come on and join the server but they wont have building or pvp abilities.
Also, we plan on hosting an PVP tournament event next month. Stay tuned.
Donatiosn are hard to come by, first you should focus on having a well run server, with no problems. If your members don't like your server, no one will donate.
Best advice, don't give out OP to anyone. Unless you trust them with your server.
