I know it's not my settings- I changed my skin from one that also had a hat layer to this one, the old one having worked just fine <it was one that I had gotten from one of several skin databases like this one, I don't remember which. As for what program, I use MS Paint right now since I'm still pretty nubile with GIMP...
Three tabs of Google Chrome *sometimes I have much more than that*, MS Paint, OpenOffice Writer, Sticky notes, Skype, MC, and probably gonna bring up GIMP soon... need to make myself some channel art finally for my YT

@Spires... There's pics of HB supposedly that are as clear as that pic... so if that's the case, then maybe this is as believable as that... (the clarity is crappy btw, is what I mean...)
This thing of Her_ or Entity 303 or whatever it is seems more unbelievable... at least HB had proof at the beginning, though people have ruined all chances of truly proving or disproving his existance with mods and plugins... I'd like to know that one for sure *the reality or lack of that is*
