Well, if there is no other account on your mac, then your macintosh computer's OS has been modified to work with your school. It will practically be impossible to make your user account admin unless you can hack your mac. Also, @oliversmith7 macintosh user accounts are about the same as windows user accounts. They have administrator, normal, and guest accounts. But some computers' operating systems are modified to work with a certain school or compony. For example, my dad's auto body shop uses an alignment machine with a modified version of windows known as WinAlign. Problem with it is, you don't have any administrator access. I know that some macs have been modified to work with certain schools and companies. So, sorry, buddy, it's not really fixable. You can try to put it on your PC.
