Time you can dedicate to the server: Time can vary throughout every day as things like homework and extracurricular activities occur, but I can commit to at least an hour most everyday day, but most likely more. Weekends I would be able to spend a lot more time, at least 3-4 hours. I apologize if you expect more, I'll still try to get on as much as possible. If this is too much of an issue, I can try to work something out.
Past Experience: I owned a small server for friends where I did much of the developing and such, I helped friends develop their small servers, served months of staff (helper, moderator, admin) on a small server including survival, factions, and creative, and served as helper on an older server called mineslap. I understand I haven't had much experience with bigger servers, and I'm not sure how big you intend this server to be, but I'd like to start getting experience in bigger servers and be a part of bigger communities.
Why do you want to join the server?: I've always enjoyed different Minecraft communities. Sure I play games on Mineplex or Cubecraft, but it's not the same as making friends and being a part of something. Personally, I think I'd enjoy the survival/factions, creative, and skyblock on the server, and hopefully I could provide or help build on more ideas to generally make the server better, from games to individual people's experience.
What makes you unique compared to the other applicants?: I understand a lot that goes into building/developing a server. While I have barely any actual building skill, I still understand what you need to provide to players, do with plugins, put into detail, etc. I feel like I can make everyone else's experience unique by helping include/improve both smaller and bigger details to the server, and help them have a good time by answering any questions they need to be answered.
What can you bring to the server?: As stated in the previous question, I believe I can improve the time for all players in the server. I feel I can make it an enjoyable and smooth experience for everyone. I'm not entirely sure what you expect from this position, but if I'm not sure of how to help in a specific field, I'm always happy to research what I need to know.
