i understand what 1920x1080 i have my window resolution set to that but with optifine there is a setting to set down my resolution to 1920x1080 (In Fullscreen) but if i use that can only use my mouse in one corner

Sponge Forge as i stated earlier runs along side forge as is created by the same developers as forge so it is stable with forge it also sponge forge can be loaded client side as well it also will continue to see updates unlike cauldron its basically a mod for forge that lets you run plugins i would suggest this if you want to keep you modpack up to date without needing to remake you server from scratch once 1.7.X stops seeing support from mod devs and 1.8 is fine for now since it is the most supported 2nd being 1.9 then 1.7 and 1.10 forge is already out lol

I have now tried reinstalling minecraft and optifine since i did a full reinstall so optifine files would be removed anyway and my version of java won't help because i use the minecraft launcher which has a version of java built in... and i know it is 64 since i have 2 gigabytes of ram for minecraft and i know with the 32 bit version you can only use one here is a recap of my issue if the original post was confusing
When turning down the resolution of minecraft down to 1080p with optifine i can only move my mouse in one corner of 1/4 of my 4k display and it just stretches the mouse movements to what it would be if i was playing it in a 1080p window just stretched to a the full display

Okay its just that mods like that are kind of rare so try to find them on pmc but sometimes they can be plugins which won't work with forge Btw if you release the server put the modpack on technic and give a link to it

Try Adding some more ram since this seems to be a pretty heavy modpack to run i would suggest a few gigabytes of ram maybe 2 if that doesn't work try disabling mods until it works then start enabling them until it stops working then remove that mod then enable the rest i hope that works. Btw modpacks can be unstable sometimes!

I don't think you are gonna find many mods for 1.10 that will allow you to protect land but a workaround could be spongeforge which is made by the same team as forge and that would allow you to run plugins and mods at the same time without being a master with plugins
