    I'm a very experienced Minecraft player up for hire.
    I am very dedicated and I always want to help. I have been playing Minecraft for 2 years. I am very mature. I know how to handle situations. For some odd reason I love people. I can do anything I put my mind too. I have learned from other people how too run a server. I love to have fun with people. I take things seriously. I can handle responsibility. I have time too dedicated to the server i need to be too. I am a very hard worker. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I am an experienced Admin. I am very dedicated too, whatever you want me to do. I am very social, and I love to talk to people. I am a person who always wants someone to feel welcome. I can tell when people are fake on their apps sometimes. I understand that even if I get staff manager you are the main authority. When I fall I get right back up and start over. I see that the world is not perfect and you're going to meet people you don't like and you have too still respect them. I am a night owl so I like to stay up late playing Minecraft. I hope I didn't waste your time. I want to help a server grow into a friendly environment where people will want to stay and have fun and feel welcome.

    [Also I would be surprised if anyone contacted you. It sees like you didn't spend any time on this application and just wrote small, short, promotional, sentences at the 2nd grade reading level. People reading this will get the wrong idea on your level of intellect if you speak in a simple form. I'm not saying write as complicated as you can, just try and demonstrate your intellect through a diversified vocabulary and using different sentence structure. If you can't write in a professional manner then there is little to no chance you could run a server properly. Additionally, I would recommend you do a grammar check before posting. In the future you might want to stray away from the "I'm a really really really good person" stuff to the items that actually matter. Things like; plugins you are proficient with, previous staff experience, age, timezone, coding ability, are you willing to put money down for the server, stuff like that. Also try to find a better way for people to contact you. For example, a lot of owners use Skype or Teamspeak to communicate. If you can get one of those programs, it would be easier to get a staff position.]

    Past experience: I've had great experiences on multiple server staff teams. I've filled Moderator, Admin, and Builder positions. In total I've spent about 3 years being on various staff teams.

    Staff position wanted: Admin

    Rate your maturity, 1-10: It really depends on the situation, but I can guarantee that when needed, I can act professionally to those that need my help. Casually when I'm with friends I'm around a 6 or 7, but I can bring it up to 10 when I'm interacting with new players that need help getting started, regular members that have an issue, or other staff members that require my assistance.

    Why do you want to be staff on my server? I'm in between staff teams right now and I'm looking for a server I can really get into.

    What can you do as a staff member on my server? What I want to do as a staff member is help the server grow, which usually requires a heavy workload from you, the owner. My goal is to take some of that work load off of your shoulders, so you can relax and enjoy developing the server, instead of worrying about hackers taking it over or people breaking the rules. I can also help the growth of the server by being your eyes and ears into the opinions of regular players. I can let you know what works and what doesn't, what people like and dislike, and offer suggestions to improve. In short, I am happy to do the moderating of players and the testing of plugins so that you have less of a work load.

    What are you good at? Building, player interfacing, planning, server organisation. I can use all of the basic server and world edit commands with confidence. I can also speak English proficiently, Swedish moderately, and basic Spanish. Also pretty rad at basketball.

    How long will you be on per week? At least 10 hours, probably around 18.

    Moderator Experience: I've been a Mod or an Admin on a variety of servers, Civilization Wars and Decode Prison to name a few. I have 3 years of staff experience behind me.

    What Is Your Abilities: I am easily proficient with a variety Moderator/Admin commands. I can also manage my appearance and personality very well depending on the situation, which comes in handy when talking professionally with a play in need of help, or being friendly to a new player.

    What Could You Do For The Server: I can be on for 3/4 hours a day contributing my help where ever it is needed. I also have some building skills, but nothing to brag about.

    Why We Should Choose You Rather Than The Other Applications: My loyalty, maturity, and sense of justice should make me stand out. Even as a kid I realised the importance of justice and how it positively effects the community. Serving as a Moderator or an Admin would enable me to help the server community grow positively. I have also realised in my time serving as staff that loyalty is a very necessary quality for an Admin to have. The way I see loyalty is a combination of dependability and respect. So in my time as mod/admin I've tried to make myself dependable, one to get the job done, responsibly, and maintain my respect for my superior staff members, even if they choose to demote me.
