Previous experience-Currently making a server with a friend, and I am a loyal member, donator, and most average hours per week on a decently popular server.
What skills you bring- I am great with technology, so I can install plugins. I am also experienced with all the popular plugins, so I can easily help people who don't know how to use them. I am great with advertising as well. If you want, I can help get more people on the server. I am also good with building, so I can I build things for the server to make it look cooler.
Why we should chose you- I am very loyal, and won’t disobey someone. I am also very helpful, and willing to lend a hand to someone who is having a hard time. I don't abuse my power. I have been on servers where admins run around killing everyone, and I hate those people. If you would like a recommendation, I have a lot of people on servers that would agree with these things that I could get.
Answer in a short paragraph- If I saw someone breaking the rules, I would start off with a warning. I would say they need to stop, and there will be consequences if they continue. If they continue to break rules, I would kick them just to show them I am being serious. If they continue after I kick them, I would ban them for an hour. After that if they continue, I will add a couple hours to the temp-ban. if they continue after 24 hours of ban time, I will permanently ban them.
