    What position are you interesting in? Why? Developer. I am looking for a way to get my foot in the door in the way of plugin developing.

    (The rest are optional but will improve your chance)

    Why would you be great at it? I have several years of experience in programming with Java.

    How available will you be? After the 23rd I will be available all day (I know that's in a while, but school is pretty important) but for now I am available a couple hours everyday.

    All you need to do to become a better builder is build a lot, all the time. It might take a while, but thats how I did it.
