y'know you make one simple mistake and people start yelling at you that you have no common sense and that you're stupid
and you're emotional so you start crying but then they act all innocent like "why are you crying I didn't do anything" and you don't want to say anything because they'll get even more mad so you keep crying because like they said you're stupid and you can't hold it in and they yell at you for crying and then you start crying more because you can't handle criticism and the situation escalates
so now your search history is "how do I force myself not to cry" and all it's telling you is to go to therapy BUT
YOU CAN'T EVEN SUGGEST THE FREAKING IDEA OF THAT BECAUSE if you say you need to go to therapy they will get

angry because you are pretty much suggesting the idea that they can't properly cater to your dramatic emotions even though all you're actually saying is "I need to vent to people other than strangers on the internet and maybe we can also fix this dysfunctional cycle so I don't always have to hold in my feelings"
