Take it from me. When working on any vehicle that is covered under a tarp, please take off the tarp completely before starting the engine. Was helping my brother replace the fuel pump in our old truck and it was under a tarp because it’s not water proof in the slightest anymore and we started the engine with the tarp halfway off so the exhaust could vent but there was an area where the truck is between an outdoor shed and I was making sure the exhaust was venting when I got light headed and felt like I was going to faint. This is an old truck from 1951 so it pumps C0 like you wouldn’t believe and because it was still covered with the tarp, the C0 had no place to dissipate and I hung around in the C0 for like a minute and that was almost enough for me. I’m fine now but the lesson is learned.

Uh so, i mighta messed up...

On a work i submitted to my professor, i have an AI statement as it requires it. Now i dont use AI as i despise it. So i initially wrote "Fuck AI, all my homies hate AI" as a joke. BUT I FORGOT TO CHANGE IT BEFORE I SUBMITTED IT!

Yippee! I sure do love when computers give me vague problems that nobody really knows why its happening!

I was playing as usual when a power surge happened and like a minute or two later my computer crashes, excellent sign...
When i booted it back up it immediately crashed again Great...
So because its a gaming laptop i pretty much always keep it plugged in 24/7. So i unplugged it and Whattaya know It Boots and Works! But now the power button is amber yay, look up what it means and nobody really knows. well it wasn't there before the power flash but its there now. My best bet is it means the battery is not charged.
But the issue remains, when its plugged in it crashes on start or sleep not while its on tho.
Well my laptop takes two chargers a 240 watt and 330 watt. And, it will boot perfectly fine on the 240 watt so that chargers fine i guess but when i boot on the 330 watt, well number one it won't let me the computer tells me its not allowed to boot plugged into that power cable. But i assume it must be causing weird problems. So thats what i think is wrong with it. The replacement charger is like a $100.

Everything else still works so i guess its fine...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I feel really uncomfortable with the fact that 2030 is right around the corner

Went probably little over a mile and ditched the umbrella part way through and just decided to get soaked.

It was very nice and relaxing even with the lightning about 2-3 miles out

Ive gotten back into writing and i'm about 1650 words into a story with one incomplete chapter so far. I used to write on and off a couple years ago and i have taken a creative writing class. But i haven't written with the amount of confidence i have now so I'm not giving up on it because i made a mistake or didn't like where it was going like i did before.
I might post some of it as a story blog sometime, probably if i can finish writing two chapters.

There is always something magical about revisiting a childhood game. I recently got KSP again (i probably had last played it in 2017 or 18) and back then i was never able to actually land on the mun or any planet (Kid me had no clue the trajectory calculator was a thing and just eyeballed it which usually resulted in crashing into the planet at mach fuck). But now i had no issue going to the mun and back. Its immensely satisfying to do something in a game that you were unable to do when you were younger.
