What can you do to help this new,and wonderful server?: The Question really is: What do you want me to do? I can make a website, make spawn... etc.
A player is using Xray,and you know about it. What do you do?:Well, I would ask him to stop, If he didnt I would either kick him or jail him, If he continues I would tell the owner. (How would you know they are using X-Ray)
Someone is caught flying,and using a hacked client. How do you approach this?: I would first change the gamemode to see If they were in creative, If they werent I would change it back To survival. I would then kick him, and after a few times I would ban him for 24 hours. ( I do not beleive in perm bans unless the reason is really bad)
Player claims that the server glitched and he lost his newly found diamond tool. How do you deal with this?: I wouldnt give him a diamond pick incase he was lying, I might give him 2 iron picks or something like that.Or if I was in a good mood I would give him another one and apoligise for the server glitching.
