2.I have been looking for a decent server for ages and haven't found one. So I'm thinking of joining a whitelisted server that is small and this one looks good and what I'm looking for.

5.Yes of course. I know how annoying it is and like I said I am mature and would never do either. Also playing on a server is supposed to be a community so why ruin it by not respecting other peoples things.
