Regarding plugins, I know how to setup, configure, and add up some functions for the plugin. In the part where I add some functions for the plugins, I dont know it that much yet since I'm currently learning on it. Thanks

The main reason why I would like to be part of your server is because, you would want to get a team of staff with different skills, of course not all admins does not have the same skill as each other has, you cant trust me also with pretty much lots of stuff regarding plugins

-Why do you want this position?: Im deserving to be in this position, because I got all the experience I need in being a staff member in servers, I can do my job with or without help. I do commit mistakes but I try my best to fix it back to normal. I dont ban or kick players without a reason, I ban or kick them depending on how harsh or how minor they did the offense. Yes, i know how to deal with plugins, since first of all I wont be admin on a server unless you dont know how to control the console, plugins etc. etc. And lastly, I know how to setup the plugins, permissions and lots more, and also I dont know how to install every plugin, but Im a fast learner, so I can do it probably with or without help also, but better if there will be help which will save much time and lesser effort do so on some.
-What sets you apart from the rest?: I dont actually know, but pretty much the stuff that you need in this question is in the question "Why do you want this position?"

For me, pretty much even though you got banned, It does not affect your application that much, well but depending on how many times you got banned though, but thats the use of applications, the owner wants to see players, that are good enough to be in his team, and willing to be a helper, not just for the owner, staff members, the players. But for the whole server.

Why should I choose you?: Since I know what I need to do for me assigned job, either with or without help, I can do my job for the server to become more fun to play on and more efficient, less idiots(griefers, stealers etc). I also know how to setup some plugins, and use them of course. There are pretty much lots of plugins I know how to use, cant enumerate them all. Secondly and most importantly, Even though I am a staff members only at 2 servers, I can do my job properly, I do commit mistakes, but I also do a way how to fix it and bring it back to normal and not make a ton of useless crap. When it comes to bans or kicks, I do it depending on how worse or how minor he/ she did the offense.

Why Should I Pick You! Since I know what should be the role of the admins, and I know how to do stuff concerning the sake of the server that includes world guard, world edit and lots of more stuff. I also do ban or kick players for a reason, not like other servers they do ban or kick someone just for fun. NO, that is just very embarassing to the server. I can also help with stuff which includes plugins, setting up stuff and many more

Experience: For minecraft, I have been playing since 1.5.2, so im all good for complicated stuff. For servers im a Admin on 1 server and a Developer on another server, i'm only staff at 2 servers, but you shouldnt care about how many servers they moderate or administate, but rather you should see how he could do his own job with or without help that would make the server more effiecient, and worthy to be a part of the team, and lastly i pretty much I know how to use plugins where it includes the sake of the server like for example world guard, world edit, logblock and lots of stuff like that

How much time will you be able to dedicate(Longer the better): 2-3 hours(busy sometimes)
Why do you want to be staff?(Longer the better): Since I got what it takes to be a staff member on your server, I know that we have different timezones, but there are problems that I see with other servers, there are times that some have advertisers, spammers, etc etc most especially when staff are not on. I could help alot in the behavior of the players, do the right thing. I could possibly help on plugins also, when it comes to like setting up, or getting some info on them. Pretty much when it comes to bans or kicks on other players, i do it on how the player did the offense depending on how worse it was or how is minor it was. Pretty much there is more, that you could observe from me.
