I have run my own server many times and have moderated and administrated on other servers as well.

Yes, because I tend to get annoying at late hours of the day.

Don't plan to. Never have before.
How long would you play a day?
Kinda sad to say I'm a Minecraft addict, so prob at least 4-5 hours/day.
