What will you offer/bring to the table for Blaze Factions?*: As I'm the ripe age of 19 I can bring my experience, integrity, knowledge and maturity to this new and exciting community. I will always maintain a fun and chill vibe for every type of player to enjoy. I can control heated situations and bring it to a halt if needed.
Why should we choose you over other staff members?*: I am a person who shares a natural obligation and heavy dedication to those in need of a correct moderation. I will be there to help them with confusion/questions for hours worth of time as well! My experience also plays a huge role in who I am. I know lots of things and I have years of experience in running a team. I know what it takes to run a tip top team and how to maintain it. In the end, I have a lot of traits that would make me the ideal person for the job. Keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come back to the server, to which I can easily say I do a lot, but I can also change up my attitude depending on the circumstances and convey a more professional serious character.
What makes you unique as a person, and staff member?*: My traits and qualities lead me to believe I would make a great moderator for Blaze Factions. Fairness, I am a fair person who is thoughtful & considerate of other players. I try to see other people’s point of view before reacting to situations so I can make correct judgments towards them. Humorousness, I love to have a laugh with online players as this helps to relax them and makes the community more enjoyable and happier in general. Selflessness, I believe myself to be a selfless person, which means that I put others before myself and care for the needs of others all the time.
In what ways will you try to make Blaze Factions the best it can be?*: I will push forward ideas all the time, trying to make the server the best it can be. I will push my ability to promote this server and dedicate some of my time to marketing; to bring a player base that is respected.
Past staff experience? We are TOTALLY up for hiring new people to the scene.: Ran a server with players peaking little over 20 at any one time, shutdown due to exams season. Moderated few small faction servers, left redundant without any reason.
Are you a fun, easy going person?*: Yes, definitely!
