yep! i have some experience with the more common plugins since i use them a lot.

If two players are arguing, what do you do?
i would see if i can resolve their feud with one another, if not, i would give them both a warning, and if they keep arguing, i would kick both of them.
If a player had a lot of reports for hacking, what would you do?
find out if the reports are true and not fake, if they are true i would tempban the player, and if the reports still persist, i would permanently ban the player.
Do you think its okay, to ban a user without evidence? (Explain)
of course not! i would never ban a user without evidence, banning a user with no evidence of them hacking/cheating ect.. is just plain stupid, you would need to gather real and true evidence of them hacking/cheating.
How many hours can you be on per day?
i can get on most of the time but not Sunday mornings.
