Minecraft/Servers New Server Needing Staff and More

Hello! i am applying for staff for your server Also whats the ip?
Here is my application:

Why: I know how to connect with players and understand them better, allowing me to possibly increase the player count in the community. always kind,nice and respectful to everybody, no matter who they are! I once a trainee on Mineplex! I always helped out and you know what i got promoted just like this server
I will Take idea's from people and possibly add them, I am good at getting people on a server Just leave that to me

What can you provide the server? I can provide Plugins,Installation, etc
I can mute and ban people is necessary! If these server grows big I can make ranks on a website! yup. me! I can provide respect,Kindness, to others And me!
. Plus being able to help other people will bring good feedback on the server and make it more popular.

Experience: Yes a lot with admin! On other servers! I took care of plugins and installations! Mods Texture packs and more but trust me that was the beginning
Also I became Trainee on mineplex

Ashley Im sorry for what happend on that day,I wont do it again and this time to be sorry I downloaded you some Good plugins for your server, or our server
I also will be doing a lot of help for you! with what you want i got you! I found heaps of tutorials on servers! I will want admin if i get unbanned why? becuase i was admin in the first place xD thanks though really!

Experince: I own my own server it not big at all!
But i know what to do! Respect,kindness and helpful! So yes I have heaps of experience for Jr.Mod i have also took adivce I don't fool around and make inappropriate comments or jokes, I get down to business. This isn't saying I don't have a sense of humor.

I am currently not staff on any server so I can be secluded to one server and give it my all to do this right. I can talk a lot on Skype and most the time when i'm on I am available to talk to. GAMING is my life as a teen so far. I am very mature when I am very mature when i need to be other times i like to goof around. I know my limits I'd say i am good at Minecraft and know what to say when to say it.
