I would say my favorite would be a tie between the fourth (Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold & SoulSilver), fifth (Black & White and Black 2 & White 2) and sixth (X & Y and Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire) generations of Pokemon.

Okay, let's see how many ways they anger me.
-They try to shove their "religion" down your throat and expect you to instantly like it. (The contrary will always be true if you force it on them. Case in point, Google+.)
-They ponify everything and generally ruin a lot of other fandoms with their ponifying.
-They generally are more obnoxious than Goons and Homestucks combined.

And I now have a few more reasons too.
-People who think they're god.
-Immature players.
-People who call Gold "Budder" [sic].
-Bronies.
-Taxes.

I have quite a few, actually.

- Animals. They are incredibly noisy.
- Creepers. Having them come up from behind me like a ninja and nuke me is incredibly infuriating, especially if you find diamonds, and then your precious diamonds are gone in a split second.
- People blaming Notch for everything, even though he no longer works on the game.
